SaySpace End User Licence Agreement.
Effective: 1 June 2026 · Draft, to be reviewed by Alderframe before launch.
This End User Licence Agreement ("SaySpace EULA") will govern your licence to use the SaySpace iOS application provided by Alderframe Ltd, registered in England and Wales ("Alderframe"). It supplements, and must be read together with, the SaySpace Terms of Use and the main Alderframe Terms of Use & EULA. Where this document differs in relation to SaySpace, this document prevails in respect of the licence to use the App.
1. Licence grant
Subject to your compliance with the SaySpace Terms of Use, the Community Guidelines, this EULA, and the applicable Apple Usage Rules, Alderframe grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable licence to download and install one copy of SaySpace on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, and to run that copy for your personal, non-commercial use.
This is a licence — not a sale. Alderframe and its licensors retain all right, title and interest in SaySpace and all related intellectual property. Any rights not expressly granted to you are reserved.
2. Restrictions
You agree that you will not, and will not permit any third party to:
- copy, modify, adapt, translate, create derivative works of, publicly display or distribute SaySpace, except as expressly permitted by these terms or applicable law that cannot be excluded;
- reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble SaySpace, except to the extent the restriction is prohibited by applicable law;
- remove, obscure or alter any proprietary notices, trademarks or marks within the App;
- rent, lease, lend, sell, resell, sublicense or transfer SaySpace or your access to it;
- circumvent any security measure, authentication mechanism, licence control or technical restriction;
- use SaySpace to infringe the rights of any third party or to breach any law;
- introduce or transmit any virus, worm, trojan or malicious code;
- export, re-export or use SaySpace in violation of UK, EU, U.S. or other applicable export control or sanctions laws.
3. Updates
Alderframe may make updates available for SaySpace. Updates may be required for SaySpace to continue to function correctly.
4. Apple App Store — additional terms
The Apple-specific terms set out in Section 12 of the SaySpace Terms of Use are incorporated into this EULA by reference. In particular: Apple is not a party to this EULA; Apple is not responsible for SaySpace; Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries entitled to enforce this EULA against you.
If you do not agree to this SaySpace EULA, the Apple Standard EULA (apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/) applies as the agreement between you and Alderframe in respect of your licensed use of SaySpace, except that the SaySpace Terms of Use shall prevail over the Apple Standard EULA to the extent permitted.
5. Termination
This licence will terminate automatically if you breach this EULA or the SaySpace Terms of Use. On termination, you must stop using SaySpace and remove the App from your devices. Sections that by their nature should survive (including 2, 4 and 6) survive termination.
6. Governing law
This SaySpace EULA is governed by the laws of England and Wales, except for the Apple-specific terms which are governed by the laws applicable under the Apple Standard EULA and the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
