Account help
Help with sign-in, profile settings, recovery and account settings will be documented here as SaySpace approaches public launch. For early enquiries, please email us.
Reporting content or users
You can report content or accounts in-app using the consistent block / mute / hide / report menu. While the app is in pre-launch, please email [email protected] with the subject SaySpace Report.
Safety concerns
For urgent safety concerns, email [email protected] with the subject SaySpace Safety. See also our Safety & Moderation page.
Moderation appeals
If a moderation decision has been taken on your account or your content and you'd like to appeal, see the appeals section in Safety & Moderation. You can also email [email protected] with the subject SaySpace Appeal.
Data export & deletion
You can export your data and delete your account at any time in the app (Settings → Data Export, Settings → Account → Delete Account). See Account Deletion.
Privacy questions

3. Common pre-launch questions
Is SaySpace available now?
Not yet. SaySpace is configured in App Store Connect (App ID 6778415283) and has an expected release date of 13 July 2026, subject to App Review approval. We'll publish the live App Store link here as soon as SaySpace is approved.
How much does SaySpace cost?
SaySpace is free at launch, with no ads and no in-app purchases.
Which devices?
iPhone and iPad, running iOS 18 or later.
What languages?
SaySpace is localized for 50 App Store languages at launch. The in-app interface is localized too.
4. Expected response
We aim to respond to support, privacy and accessibility emails within a few working days. We are a small UK studio, so response times may vary during quieter periods, public holidays, or staff annual leave.
