SaySpace · Legal
SaySpace Terms of Use.
Last updated: 19 June 2026 · applies to SaySpace v1.2.2026 and later. Operated by Alderframe LTD.
Contact: [email protected]. SaySpace is also covered by Apple’s Standard EULA via the App Store; these Terms are the public, plain-language version.
1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using SaySpace, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, don’t use the app.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract.
3. Your account
You sign in with Sign in with Apple. You are responsible for your account and for keeping your sign-in secure. You own the content you create; you grant Alderframe LTD a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, display, distribute, and adapt your content solely as needed to operate, promote, and improve SaySpace (for example, to show your posts to the people you choose, to power discovery, and to enable safety features). This licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except where retention is required for legal, security, or safety reasons or where copies have been shared by other users in accordance with these Terms.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use SaySpace to post, send, or distribute content that is unlawful, fraudulent, harassing, hateful, threatening, sexually exploitative (especially involving minors), violent, or that infringes intellectual-property or other rights. You agree not to impersonate others, spam, scrape, or attempt to manipulate discovery or reach. You agree not to use SaySpace to develop competing services from non-public data.
SaySpace handles objectionable content consistently with Apple App Store Review Guideline 1.2: in-app reporting from a consistent menu, the ability to block, mute, and hide users, server-side filtering for clearly unlawful content, prompt action on reports, and the ability for users who post objectionable content to be ejected from the service. See also our Community Guidelines and Safety & Moderation.
5. Safety and moderation
We use a combination of automated signals and human review. Decisions may be appealed in the app. Some safety actions take effect immediately to protect users.
6. News tab and external links
The News tab shows publicly available headlines aggregated from third-party publishers’ RSS feeds. SaySpace does not control, endorse, or take responsibility for content on third-party websites. Tapping Read at <source> takes you to the publisher’s website, where the publisher’s terms apply.
7. Privacy
Our handling of your information is described in the Privacy Policy.
8. Prohibited uses
No reverse engineering, scraping, automated abuse, circumventing rate limits or safety systems, or using the service to harm others or violate the law.
9. Termination
You may delete your account at any time in the app — see Account Deletion. We may suspend or terminate access for violations or to protect the service and its users, with reasonable notice where practicable.
10. Disclaimers and liability
SaySpace is provided "as is" and "as available" to the extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by the laws of England and Wales, Alderframe LTD disclaims all express and implied warranties (including merchantability, satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement) and limits its aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with SaySpace and these Terms to the greater of (a) any fees you have paid us in the prior 12 months, or (b) one hundred pounds sterling (£100). Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including your statutory consumer rights.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms and will give reasonable notice of material changes in the app or by email. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
12. Governing law and contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that consumers resident elsewhere keep the benefit of any mandatory provisions of their local law and the right to bring proceedings in their local courts where required by law. Contact: Alderframe LTD, London, United Kingdom, [email protected].
Template note. These Terms are written in good faith and aligned with the live App Store Connect record for SaySpace (App ID 6778415283, bundle com.sayspace.app, v1.2.2026). They are intended as a clear, plain-language statement, not legal advice. Alderframe LTD recommends having a qualified UK solicitor review these Terms before relying on them for any specific situation. Items requiring formal verification — for example a registered company number, registered office address, or a precise consumer-dispute jurisdiction clause — should be confirmed with counsel. The Apple Standard EULA is also selected in App Store Connect; these public Terms supplement it.
