All card processing is handled by Stripe Payments UK Ltd, authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority under the Payment Services Regulations 2017 (FRN 752443). Alderframe never sees your card number. Funds settle to Alderframe LTD’s business account at Tide (provided by ClearBank, FCA-authorised). Your cancellation & refund rights
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, UK consumers ordering services online have a 14-day cancellation right from the day the order is confirmed. Two important details:
- If you ask us to begin work within the 14 days, you must pay for any time spent up to the moment you cancel.
- If you ask us to begin work and the service is fully delivered within the 14 days, the right to cancel ends on delivery.
If a milestone hasn’t been delivered to the agreed standard, you don’t pay for that milestone. We’ll either redo it within the project budget or refund that stage. Business customers (B2B) are not covered by these consumer rights but our standard terms still apply.
Out-of-scope work
Each catalog item lists what’s included and what isn’t. Anything outside the listed scope is a Custom Enquiry — we’ll quote it in writing before any extra work begins. No surprise invoices, ever.
Dispute resolution
We aim to resolve any issue directly. If we can’t, UK consumers may use an approved Alternative Dispute Resolution body. These Service Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
Data protection
Alderframe LTD is the data controller for project data you share. We process it in line with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018, and only to deliver the service you’ve booked. See our Privacy Policy.

Is Build With Alderframe available now?
Yes — the studio is now booking. Pick a service from the catalog and pay online, or send a WhatsApp message for a custom enquiry. New project slots open monthly.
How do I pay?
By card or digital wallet on a secure Stripe Checkout page (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna), or by UK bank transfer to Alderframe LTD’s Tide business account — preferred for orders over £3,000. Multi-stage projects are paid in 3 milestones so you only pay for completed work.
Are there any promo codes?
Yes — two active codes you can enter at Stripe Checkout. Are the prices final?
Yes. Every catalog item is a fixed price with a clearly listed scope. Anything outside that scope is a Custom Enquiry — quoted in writing before any extra work begins.
Is Alderframe VAT-registered?
Not currently. Alderframe LTD is below the UK VAT registration threshold (£90,000 turnover), so VAT is not charged on the prices shown. We’ll add a clearly-itemised VAT line if and when we register.
Can I cancel?
Yes. UK consumers have a 14-day cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. If we’ve already started work at your request, you pay only for the hours used up to the moment of cancellation. See Service Terms.
Who owns the work?
You do, on full payment. Source code, design files, and brand assets transfer to you when the final invoice clears. We retain a permission-only right to reference the project in our portfolio.
Who is the Alderframe service for?

Does Alderframe build for Android too?
Not today. Our craft is native iOS in Swift & SwiftUI. We’re happy to recommend trusted Android partners on Custom Enquiries.

Discovery Sprints and short items (Polish, Brand Sprint) usually start within 1–2 weeks. MVP Build slots typically open the month after booking. Honest dates given at booking.
