SaySpace Terms of Use.
Last updated: 10 June 2026. Operated by Alderframe LTD.
Contact: [email protected]. SaySpace is also covered by Apple's Standard EULA via the App Store; these Terms are the public, plain-language version.
1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using SaySpace, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the app.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract.
3. Your account
You're responsible for your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You own the content you create; you grant us a limited licence to host, display, and distribute it within the app as needed to operate the service.
4. Community rules and zero tolerance
SaySpace has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behaviour. You agree not to post or send content that is unlawful, harassing, hateful, threatening, sexually exploitative (especially involving minors), or that infringes others' rights, and not to impersonate others, spam, or attempt to manipulate discovery / reach.
We provide tools to report content and block, mute, and hide users. We may remove content, limit reach, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these rules, and we offer an appeals process. See also our Community Guidelines and Safety & Moderation page.
5. Safety and moderation
We use a combination of automated signals and human review. Decisions may be appealed in the app. Some safety actions take effect immediately to protect users.
6. Privacy
Our handling of your information is described in the Privacy Policy.
7. Prohibited uses
No reverse engineering, scraping, automated abuse, circumventing rate limits or safety systems, or using the service to harm others or violate the law.
8. Termination
You may delete your account at any time in the app — see Account Deletion. We may suspend or terminate access for violations or to protect the service and its users.
9. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by the laws of England and Wales, Alderframe LTD disclaims all express and implied warranties (including merchantability, satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement) and limits its aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with SaySpace and these Terms to the greater of (a) any fees you have paid us in the prior 12 months, or (b) one hundred pounds sterling (£100). Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms; continued use means you accept the changes.
11. Governing law and contact
Governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that consumers resident elsewhere keep the benefit of any mandatory provisions of their local law. Contact: Alderframe LTD, London, United Kingdom, [email protected].
Note: contact, registered-address, jurisdiction, and warranty / liability wording are now set for Alderframe LTD (London, United Kingdom; governed by England and Wales). The Apple Standard EULA is also selected in App Store Connect; these public Terms supplement it. Have qualified UK counsel review before relying on the wording for any specific situation.
