Alderworks privacy policy.

This policy covers Alderworks: Foundry Tycoon (“Alderworks”), an experience on Roblox made by Alderframe LTD (“Alderframe”, “we”, “us”). It sits alongside the main Alderframe privacy policy, which explains your rights and how to complain.

1. Who we are

Alderframe LTD, 66 Paul Street, London, England, EC2A 4NA. Registered in England and Wales, company number 17269623. Registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office, reference ZC267105. Contact: [email protected].

2. Roblox runs the platform

You play Alderworks on Roblox. Roblox Corporation runs your Roblox account, how you sign in, and the platform Alderworks runs on. Roblox’s own privacy policy covers your Roblox account and everything Roblox does with it. We don’t see your Roblox password.

3. What Alderworks keeps

Alderworks stores your Roblox user ID and your progress in Roblox’s own data storage for the experience, so your works are there when you come back. Progress means things like your furnaces, ingots and coins, your Codex, your banner and your settings in Alderworks.

4. Playing with other people

Up to 8 players share a server. Players on the same server can see each other in the yard, and friends on the same server form a crew.

5. “Tell friends when I play”

This setting is off unless you turn it on. When it’s on, Alderworks uses Roblox’s own notification system to let your Roblox friends know you’ve started playing. You can turn it off again at any time in Alderworks.

6. Inviting friends

If you invite a friend and they join, Alderworks uses Roblox’s join data to work out who invited whom, so the reward for inviting a friend goes to the right players.

7. Why we use this information

Only to run Alderworks for you: saving your progress, putting you on a server with other players and your crew, and giving out the rewards described above. We don’t sell it and we don’t use it for advertising.

8. Your requests

To ask about your information in Alderworks, or to ask us to delete your Alderworks progress, email [email protected] with your Roblox username. We reply within one month. Your wider rights, and how to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office, are in the Alderframe privacy policy.

9. Ages

Roblox lists Alderworks for players aged 16 and over.

10. Changes

If Alderworks starts to handle information in a new way, we’ll update this page first and change the date at the top.
